	When the Erisiana highway system was created, there was only one top level of highway. These were the so-called E routes, or Erisiana routes. When the Erisiana highway system was created, there was only one top level of highway. These were the so-called E routes, or Erisiana routes. With the advent of provincial routes (starting with Malaclypse Route 1), some of these highways may be transferred to territory or province jurisdiction.

In addition, it is desired that north-south routes be even, and east-west routes be odd, for consistency.

This proposal only restructures Erisiana-level highways; Malaclypse and Ravenhurst highways will be done later.
