The capitol of Caerpen is Winter Rock. Caerpen is unique in that its capitol is not a city, but instead consists of a castle and various other government structures. The castle of Winter Rock sits on a mountain overlooking much of the territory of Caerpen. The castle sits high up on the mountain and contains the main throne room, and an attached banquet room and kitchen. There is also a barracks along the path to the castle from Rivandia which houses military units that protect the castle. There are also separate buildings on an adjacent peak of the mountain from the castle which act as residences for various residents of Winter Rock. | |||
